While I was in New York I participated in the Lane Bryant Blogger Conference. I am a huge fan of Lane Bryant’s Cacique Brand (it is truly the only underwear that I wear) and I am recent fan of Lane Bryant’s Classic Trouser. It is my perfect pant!!!! During the conference we discussed the upcoming collections for the fall season, we got the scoop on new the new Cacique Collection (I am personally going to go broke buying it), and we got a very informative lesson on fit. I also got a chance to meet some bloggers who I love and have been reading their blogs for a while!!!
This season Lane Bryant is introducing a new T3 jean with tummy smoothing technology. Now before you run from the T3 technology let me say it’s a really great jean. I won a pair during the conference and spent most of my afternoon prancing around in the jean. The T3 isn’t like having Spanks in jeans it’s the panels just allow the jeans to lie smoothly on your body, and the waist band is heavenly! I love jeans, but one of the major drawbacks is that the waist bands sometimes dig into your skin, not on this jean it lays on the skin and allows you to move around freely.
There are a few key pieces that I am excited about from Lane Bryant! Glenn plaid strapless, leather jackets, leopard skirts and that’s just a few things to name a few. I know that Lane Bryant gets a lot of flak for not being cutting edge, but I think there are two sides to every story. There are groups of plus size women who do not want to push the envelope too far, and they simply want a pair of good fitting jeans, a nice blazer and a great fitting pair of jeans. I often go in and find great pieces that I can incorporate into my wardrobe.
Stay tuned to Lane Bryant this season! They may surprise you!

I've always thought of LB as an "old lady" brand lmfao! But I'm excited to see what's in store from them :)
