I'm Going to New Orleans/Igigi by Yuliya Raquel Review!!!!

Hey Guys!!! Sorry I've been a slacking blogger. I have been sick and then I had to slowly catch up with life,
but now I'm back! This week my friends and I are going to Mardi Gras!!! I love Mardi Gras, but I haven't been in sometime. This year we are doing it a little different and we a attending the Zulu Ball. That means I had to have a formal gown.

I searched and searched for dresses only to be disappointed in my findings. Either it was too expensive, not my style or it didn't fit. But the lovely ladies at IGIGI by Yuliya Raquel contacted me about a review of one of their items. I got to pick any dress from their collection, and picked the Estrella Evening Gown.

The Estralla gown is very flattering overall. The bodice is made in a crumbcatcher style that flatters and best of all it stays up! The bottom is so pretty and flowy I felt extremely comfortable in the gown. The dress also comes with a optional straps. It also has a wonderful sequin belt, but I loved the simplicity of the gown without a belt.

I love the passion that Yuliya Raquel offers in her the collection. There is something for everyone!!! If you haven't checked out www.igigi.com please do!!! Also check out there Facebook page www.facebook.com/IGIGISTYLE where you can have great conversations with the designer and her team.

And for my amazing readers IGIGI by Yuliya Raquel is giving away a $50.00 gift card!!!! Here's what you have to do. Make sure you are following my blog. Go to the http://www.igigi.com/ and pick out your dream item and let me know what it is and how you would wear it. For an extra entry tweet:

"I've entered to win a gift card from @Jeniese and @Igigi!"

I will choose a winner on Friday, March 5th as I am getting ready to party in New Orleans at the Zulu Ball! Good luck everyone and thank you for reading!!!

It started with a skirt....

So I really apologize that it's been so long that I posted. I further apologize that the pictures that I posted were taken with my cellphone. If you follow me on Twitter you know about all the drama I had waiting for my leather skirt and when it finally got it here I was over the moon! If you follow me on Twitter you know I hate kitten heels with all my heart! But I had to eat my words...I found a pair of kitten heels at BEBE that I love!!!! Lace, leopard, and studs!!!! I couldn't say no, especially when they fit so fabulously! when I got them home I immediately found ten thousand things in my wardrobe that I could wear with them.

On Thursday I went out with some friends and I wanted to look chic but warm at the same time. So I paired my leather pencil skirt, with a black sheer blouse from Target and my new shoes. I loved the look! It was so simple yet I felt so sexy, without being over the top. Oh yeah I cut my hair and that gave me a little bounce in my step too.

Again sorry for the crappy photos! I love you guys! Thanks for reading!!!
