If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you know about my love affair with stripes. I consider them to be a closet basic like a black blazer or jeans. I have never and will never give into the idea that stripes are for the thin. You shouldn’t either. Please don’t avoid something that you love just because of what other people say.
When I saw this dress on Asos I thought I really don’t need another stripe dress. But I couldn’t deny the pull of the flirty bottom and Bardot sleeve. I absolutely love this dress! The material was heavier and not cotton, which was surprising to me. The fit is true to size and knee length, so it's not too short. My first impression was comfortable, cool and flirty. As the weather warms up, I gravitate towards pieces like these. This dress will definitely become a summer favorite.
Even though we’ve discussed this before, do any of you avoid stripes? Or all over stripes shall I say?
I need a favor from all of my lovely readers! I am a finalist for Redbook Magazines Real Woman, Real Style Awards! If I am chosen I could be on the cover of Redbook or in the pages! I would love it if you would take the time to vote for me. It doesn't require any registration of information, just a simple click on one of my pictures. Go here http://bit.ly/1P6Gfh2 to vote!
