Galentines Day with Jtv

You guys know by now how much I love my Girlfriends? I have never been one to brag about how few friends I have, cause my circle could go on for days! I am honored to be friends with so many dynamic, kind, creative and determined women. Women who are running their own businesses, raising children, going to work daily and doing things to make our world a better place. So when jtv asked me to celebrate Galentine's Day (which is February 13) with my best friend it was a total no-brainer for me.

One of my Besties, Rikki Ross(and if you're wondering we do call her the Boss), and I have been friends since college. Often mistaken as sisters we are as opposite and alike as two people can get. She can read my mind, she has taught me numerous lessons on being prepared and she is a strong proponent of getting me to wear earrings. She is also the most generous person I know. I have seen her give time and time again without expecting anything in return. Rik's faith is unshakable, her wit is unmatched and her voice is often that of reason for me (sometimes). I thank God constantly for her presence in my life.

I honored her by picking out these heart earrings from jtv for us to wear, that symbolize our friendship and the hilarious reminder from Rik to wear earrings daily, since I never do. I loved how the heart design was open in the center and constant with no start or finish. Reminding me that true friendships are open to change and they go on for infinity.
