You know the age old story about love at first site? Well the second I saw this suit in Lane Bryant's spring preview I knew it was completely and totally made for me. So much so that the white one is on it's way to my house as we speak. And after spending the winter months in a serious round of dark monochromatic colors it was nice to put on a vibrant color! I am so glad that plus size fashion has caught up to the short suit trend. Last summer I longed for one after seeing them all over my Pinterest feed. To not only get one, but to get it in such an amazing color is even better.
Notes about the look: The material is amazing. The perfect amount of stretch to offer comfort, but not enough to lose it's shape. I ordered a size up in this shorts in order to get the fit I wanted ( I hate it when my shorts hug my thighs). The blazer ran true to size. My only issue was that it wrinkled quickly, but I was the only person who noticed that. If you aren't up for shorts, there are coordinating pants to go with these blazers.
Anyone else excited that short suits are popping up in plus sizes? Or are you even into shorts?
